If you’d like a producer’s support, simply select the booking option on our website that includes a producer. However, if you have a preferred producer, you’re more than welcome to bring them along!

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 72 hours (3 days) before your scheduled session to qualify for a refund. Deposits will only be refunded if the request is made within this timeframe. Unfortunately, cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice, missed sessions, or unattended sessions will not be refunded, and deposits from late cancellations cannot be applied to future bookings.

Refunds are processed within 24 hours, but please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment processor.

Yes, we offer production assistance that includes support with songwriting and arrangement.

Yes, we provide mixing and mastering to give your tracks a polished, professional finish.

Sessions will begin and end as scheduled, and any time lost due to lateness cannot be made up or refunded. If 50% of the scheduled session time or 2 hours (whichever is shorter) passes without attendance or communication, the session may be canceled without a refund.
